At Grappling SMARTY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right — quickly and hassle-free.
🗓️ 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.
All returns are sent to our Headquarters in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Just email us at info@grapplingsmarty.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
📦 Easy Return Options
Depending on your situation, we may be able to provide a pre-paid return label, or if you prefer, you can ship the item back using your own carrier.
If we issue a pre-paid label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund or exchange.
💰 Refunds & Exchanges
Once your return arrives at our facility, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 2 business days.
If there are any signs of damage or excessive wear, a reasonable restocking fee may apply.

🧵 Refill Service (for Unfilled SMARTY Owners)
If you purchased your SMARTY unfilled but found the filling process challenging — or simply never got around to doing it — don’t worry, you’re not alone!
We offer a professional refill service to get your SMARTY perfectly shaped and ready to train. We would only charge you the list price difference between the unfilled SMARTY vs the pre-filled option, plus shipping. Here’s how it works:

Empty your SMARTY completely (if you attempted to fill it).

We’ll send you a return label to ship it back to us.

Once received, we’ll refill it optimally and ship it back within one week.
Just contact us to arrange it — we’ll take care of the rest.
